The counseling staff of F.I.S.T. Inc has developed a 12 step for ex-offenders peer led program drawn on methods of the AA based model, which utilizes personal and professional experiences.  Meetings are held from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m., at the F.I.S.T Resource Center 213, West Water Street, Waukegan.
